Can you think like a Scientist?

Hi Everyone,
We are working on setting up things for the new school year. The students have all been sent home with Science Safety rules for parents to sign and return.
Here is our schedule so far this week. We have not had any activities to continue at home this week.

Mon/Tues(8/24-25)- Can you think like a Scientist? Draw three pictures of a scientist using prior knowledge and knowledge gained during the class. What do Scientist need?

Wed/Thur(8/26-27)-Sinking Linclon- Inquirey Lab. Students learned how to set up composition book as Interactive Science Notebook.

Fri/Mon(8/28-31)- Complete sinking Linclon and draw conclusions

Hi Everyone!
I am excited about the first day of school. It will be a great change for me! I am moving from World History to Science! I am excited!! I never can decide if I like Science or History best. Believe it or not they are connected! Can you discover this theory as the year goes along?
I hope you had a great summer! I helped host an interchange group from Brazil. We had lots of fun!
We will start the year learning how to think like a Scientist!
